Michael Barrett earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah State University in 2010, and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Utah State University in 2012. He spent two years working for the Department of Workforce Services in the employment arena, and has served as a consultant for a handful of companies in northern Utah on fair employment practices. He has spent the last two years investigating employment discrimination claims for the Utah Labor Commission, and currently spends his time educating the public on labor and employment discrimination laws.


demarkco armstrong

Mr. Demarkco Armstrong is member of the Stratigic Collaborations & Recruitment team, Ogden Air Logistics Complex, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.  The team is responsible for the active recurmiment of hiring for the Complex.  The Complex provides depot repair, overhaul and modification of the A-10, C-130, F-16, F-22, F-35 and T-38 aircraft, the Minuteman intercontinental ballistic missile system, and a wide range of commodities. These include landing gear, wheels and brakes, rocket motors, air munitions and guided bombs, photonics equipment, training devices, software, electronics, avionics, instruments, hydraulics, power systems, and other aerospace-related components. Ogden ALC responsibilities extend to maintenance operations at remote sites in Japan, Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, Texas, and California, and ICBM wings located in Wyoming, North Dakota, and Montana.

Mr. Armstrong began his civil service career at the Deparment of Treasury, in Ogden, Utah.  Transitioning over to Hill AFB in January 2016.  He has served at various levels of responsibility, including senior leadership, production clerk, union vice president, resource management. He was in Human Resource Management at the Ogden Air Logistics Complex prior to his current assignment.
