StandardNET in 2005 is offering several online contests along popular sports themes, giving readers a chance to win local or national prizes. Players can create their own teams and set up buddy groups to compete against their friends as well as the local and national groups of participants.

Weekly prizes and season-winner prizes are awarded by StandardNET. For instance, each weekly winner of the Accelerator Auto Racing Challenge will receive a hat, T-shirt or other prize. The national winner of the Accelerator contest will get a trip to the Richard Petty Driving Experience, and if you pick a perfect bracket in the college basketball tournament, you will win $100,000!

We also are planning non-sports contests in 2005. Check back often to StandardNET for news of coming events.
