Greg Timothy | Forty Under 40 Recipient 2015
Greg Timothy
“With just over a year left to complete his Bachelor Degree at Weber State University, Greg decided to begin a new adventure of starting and running a business in the food truck industry. With the help of his father and brother, he successfully launched the Waffle Wagon. This endeavor required a lot of learning, time, talent, patience and hard work. He was able to bring the business to life and help it flourish quickly. His school work in Communications, helped him bring customers to his very mobile business through social media, word of mouth and advertising. This summer, he was able to add a second “wagon” to his fleet, due to high demand from the community. He has been able to network with many others in this industry, helping to create and implement local food truck rallies.
Greg is a hard working individual, always willing to help those around him. He calm demeanor and professionalism will help him to go far in all he tries. In January, he is scheduled to present at Weber State University as part of the Young Subaru Entrepreneurship Lecture Series. I believe that this is just the beginning of all that Greg has to offer our great community. I can’t wait to see what awaits him in his future.” – Claudia Crawford
