We all have a friend, coworker or neighbor who makes the heartiest chili or the freshest salsa or guacamole we have ever taken a bite out of. Or maybe that chef is you?
Join us at the Spring Home & Garden Show for our Chili Cook-Off on Friday Feb. 26th and our Salsa and Guac competition on Saturday, Feb 27th – for your shot at amazing prizes and being crowned the best in town! Scroll down to fill out the entry form.

On Friday, February 26th we will be hosting a Chili Cook-Off! The first place winner will take home a Camp Chef Dutch Oven and second place will win a Camp Chef apron and $10 Gift Card to IFA. You may come to the show as early as 12 PM to begin cooking. Judging will start at 4 PM. Please read the rules and regulations below and fill out the entry form to join the competition.
Rules and Regulations | Chili Cook-off:
A table will be provided for prepping; which will start at 12 PM on Friday, Feb. 26th. You may also bring already cooked entries to be judged at 4 PM in the Exhibit Hall. Contestants will prepare 1 gallon of chili for the contest and provide 3 cups up to be judged. Any heat source and any pot can be used to prep the chili. You must bring all utensils and ingredients to the event if you want to prep your entry on site. Chili must reach temperature of 165 degrees when presented to the judges. Prizes will awarded and winners announced at 4: 30 PM. No food is allowed to be sampled to other contestants or patrons of the Home & Garden Show. Food samples are only to be given to assigned judges for the sake of the competition. Anyone who violates this rule will be disqualified. Contact Kayla with any questions 801-625-4559.
